LRUMC is involved in a number of Mission Projects oriented around children.
Christian Children's Fund - currently the church sponsors five children through this fund. Our sponsorship enables each child to receive medical care, school fees, nutritional counseling for the parents, and more.
Angel Tree - Last year we provided Christmas presents for the infants and toddlers in the Frazier Child Development Center at Decatur High School.
Honduras Education Fund - Classes and individuals sponsor Honduran children so they may attend high school.
