NETWorks Community Ministry

NEWS: Toiletries Needed

The NETWorks Ministry, housed at our church, is always in need of toiletries to hand out to persons who come for assistance. Small size shampoo, soaps, razors, and deodorant are needed. Small or travel sizes work great. If you can help by donating any of these items please bring them to the church and put them in the designated boxes.


NETWorks is a cooperative Christian ministry with persons in need in the Northlake-Embry Hills-Tucker area. We area a group of churches, groups, businesses, and individuals committed to assist in meeting urgent needs related especially to housing and utilities. Utilizing community and partner church resources, we are working to create a "Safety net that works." This safety net includes material assistance, advocacy, spiritual assistance, and referral to other appropriate agencies and services, including the N.E.T. Food Pantry.

Christian Witness: As Christians, we are challenged to witness to the presence of the living Christ not only with our words, but through our actions with the hungry, sick and impoverished in our community. As we utilize community resources to demonstrate Christ’s love to those in need we will:

  • Preserve the dignity of our clients
  • Encourage self-responsibility
  • Emphasize spiritual growth
Who We Serve: NETWorks serves families and individual in the following area:

  • All of zip code 30084
  • The area with the following main roads as boundaries:
    I-85 to the North
    Gwinnett County line to the East
    Hwy. 78 to the South
    North Druid Hills to Clairmont Road to the West

Services to Clients:
  • Funds for emergency needs relate to housing and utilities
  • Referral to the N.E.T. Food Pantry
  • Transportation assistance
  • Referral to other agencies
  • Advocacy for the impoverished in our community.
