NET Food Pantry NeedsPlease continuously bring soup as this is the staple we are responsible for providing to the NET Pantry year round. The NET Pantry and NETWorks are two separate mission areas. September was LRUMC month to man the NET Pantry. Thanks to the following people who worked a total of 96 volunteer hours at the pantry: Barbara Earnhardt, Kay Milne, Charles Ross, Joe Gibson, James Chivers, Dick Milne, Helen and Sid Thomason, Billye Faubion, Marge Powell, Verlene Lee and Ida Woliver. There were 124 families served for a total of 481 people - 225 were under the age of 18, 22 over 65 years of age. They gave out a total of 3100 pounds of food. | |
