The VINE Middle School Youth Ministry

The VINE is the new youth ministry of LRUMC and is being headed by Henry Knowles, Ministry Intern from Emory University Candler School of Theology. The VINE is based upon John 15:5, "I am the vine, you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit. Apart from me you can do nothing." The VINE is open to all Middle School age students. The group meets on Fridays at 7pm to 9pm in the LRUMC Youth Room.

At The VINE, our goal is to connect students to God through Jesus Christ, to grow them deeper as disciples, to equip them with skills to achieve their full potential and to empower them to positively influence their community and the world. We seek to do this through powerful worship, relevant bible teaching, active service, and small groups.
