The UMW of LRUMC is beginning the year with some fresh
new ideas and exciting events.
On Sunday, December 5, following the Choir's Christmas Cantata, all members of LRUMC are invited for a "covered dish" Christmas lunch in the Fellowship Hall. Meat and drinks will be provided by the United Methodist Women. Church Members are asked to bring side dishes--vegetables, salads, casseroles, fruit, bread, desserts. Join with your LRUMC friends for a festive Christmas gathering after the Cantata.
On Saturday, December 11, from 9:00 to 11:00, the UMW and the Children's Ministry of LRUMC invite children in the area to have Breakfast with Santa in the Fellowship Hall at the Church. The program is free and open to all children. Parents, grandparents and friends are welcome too. Contact Shirley Chivers for more details.
All are invited to join or call Mary Ann Geiger or Shirley Chivers with ideas or suggestions.
